Proposal
During the consultation, we'll dive into the details: location, style, timing, and any special requests you may have. After our consultation, we’ll go to the drawing board and create a customized proposal just for you. This will include a detailed breakdown of services, pricing, and what you can expect from your Taylored Photo + Film experience. Our proposals are transparent and straightforward, making it easy for you to know exactly what you’re getting into.
Step Three: If You Love the Proposal + Contract, Sign It and Pay Your Retainer
Retainer Payment
Once you've had a chance to review the proposal, you may find that you're completely satisfied or you might have some questions or requests for modifications. Either way, we're flexible and open to discussions to make sure everything aligns with your vision. Once everything is tailored to your satisfaction, it's time to make it official. To secure your spot and lock in your date, you'll need to sign the contract and pay the retainer. The retainer is typically a percentage of the total cost and is essential for reserving your date and time slot in our schedule.
We utilize an easy-to-use, secure online platform for both the contract signing and payment process to ensure everything is convenient and hassle-free for you. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, you'll receive a confirmation email along with a copy of the signed contract for your records. This also triggers the commencement of any preparations or pre-work leading up to the shoot or event, such as scouting locations, securing permits, or coordinating with other vendors as necessary.
Paying the retainer not only reserves your date but also commits us to turning your vision into a reality. From this point on, you can count on us to put in the time, effort, and creativity required to deliver a final product that you'll cherish for a lifetime.
